Ideas for teachers planning to run an NVQ or similar vocational course within the 14-19 year old age group

The following situations were created for a two year NVQ French course at Warden Park Secondary school in West Sussex by Eileen Walling, Head of French and 2i/c MFL. The same format was used for German and Spanish NVQ courses in the school with adaptations, according to resources available. You will find resources on the Vocational Languages Resource Bank which can be used or adapted to cover many of the given situations.
